In their words
Smiles worth talking about
“From the very first consult, Dr. Marsh laid out my whole Invisalign plan so I knew exactly what to expect and what it would cost. Eleven months later I can't stop smiling.”
“My daughter was so nervous about getting braces, but the whole team made every appointment easy and even fun. The Damon braces worked faster than we expected.”
“I'm 41 and always assumed braces were a kid thing. Brightwater made adult treatment with clear aligners painless, discreet, and surprisingly affordable.”
“The iTero scan instead of goopy impressions completely sold me. Clean, modern office in North Asheville and a team that never makes you feel rushed.”
“We transferred from out of state in the middle of our son's treatment and they handled the whole thing seamlessly. Renee even sorted out our insurance for us.”
“Dr. Webb caught an airway issue during my son's early evaluation that two other offices had missed. We're so grateful we came here first.”

Questions, answered
A few of the things families ask us most.
Do you charge for an initial visit?
No. As a courtesy to you and your family dentist, we'll always discuss the feasibility of braces or tooth straightening without charging a fee for the initial consultation.
At what age should my child first be seen?
As a rule of thumb, we like to evaluate young patients once the 6-year molars erupt and the front permanent teeth start to appear — usually between ages 6 and 8. The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first visit by age 7.
Why evaluate patients so young?
Early evaluation isn't necessarily about starting treatment right away — it's about informing and observing. Identifying eventual needs early lets us time treatment perfectly, and in a small number of cases, begin gentle correction at the ideal moment.
How long will the first visit take?
Anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your situation. We may do a visual exam and explain what we see, or suggest X-rays and full diagnostic records including photos to document the current position of your teeth.
